It is not the fault of the traveler that Delta over sold. It's not the fault of the traveler that delta charged per bag. But they sure treat us like that is the case!
You would think with all this extra money delta could but customer service training for all their employees! And mouthwash and deodorant for the maintenance crew. My lord as I am typing this a delta baggage handler just tried to melt the fibers in my poly blend button up with his ass breathe! My nose hairs are going to be kickn my ass the rest of the flight!
Anyway, back to the poor delta service. If you are allowed two carry on items and you have two, why do these grumpy people feel the need to f$ck with you. It just doesn't make sense. If you don't want to give great service go back to flipping burgers at Denny's. And please stop rushing people to their seats when your plane was late. I don't want to be rushed because you are trying to make back to your second job. Side bar....they just escorted a family off the plane because they were on the wring flight! How does that happen, training is needed!!!
